By authorizing service, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Authorization of Work

The customer authorizes the detailing services requested and agrees to pay the estimated price provided before work begins. Any additional services requested after work has started may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and approved prior to completion.

2. Vehicle Condition

The customer acknowledges that the vehicle may have pre-existing damage, wear, stains, odors, scratches, dents, paint defects, upholstery damage, or other conditions that existed before service. Our detailing services are designed to improve the appearance and cleanliness of the vehicle but cannot repair pre-existing damage unless specifically agreed upon.

3. Stain and Odor Removal

While we use professional products and techniques to remove stains and odors, complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Some stains, discoloration, and odors may be permanent due to age, material condition, contamination, or previous damage. Stains and odors cannot be guaranteed 100% removal.

4. Mechanical and Electrical Issues

The customer understands and agrees that we are not responsible for any pre-existing mechanical failures, electrical issues, warning lights, battery problems, faulty wiring, malfunctioning components, or other vehicle defects that existed before service. If any pre-existing issues are discovered during the detailing process, the customer will be notified when possible.

5. Personal Property

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, cash, firearms, medications, and other personal items from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in the vehicle.

6. Satisfaction and Claims

Any concerns regarding the completed service must be reported within 24 hours of vehicle pickup or delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate service-related concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific detailing service performed. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment may result in additional collection efforts and applicable fees.
